Expertise or experience in performance management or metrics
As we work to improve public legal understanding, we want to attach metrics to our curriculum offering to demonstrate our impact. This will help us continuously improve our curriculum, as well as helping us attract funding. Collecting this kind of data will allow us to link the work we do with and the impact it has as well as feeding into general public legal education research.
We would appreciate support in developing our data collection and metrics from someone with expertise or experience in performance management or metrics. Any support would be appreciated and can depend on the amount of time you are able to offer.
It would be useful to have a call with suitable volunteers to discuss the method to implement data collection and principles to apply, along with useful resources for further information. Those interested further would be working with us to define and implement a process.
